The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site, except in the case of obvious errors. These prices include VAT. Delivery costs are not included (we post worldwide and in most cases personally deliver larger pieces to the home within mailand Britain). You can pay by posting a cheque or postal order and by paypal following the site instructions (secure and easy).
Our standard furniture delivery prices are calculated according to the destination, size and material of product. The charge for carvings varies according to the volume, weight and destination. A representative from our delivery service will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery to confirm that you have safely received your order. All delivery costs include VAT.Please allow two to four working days for delivery of a posted item, and 7-10 working days for delivery of our larger items we hold in stock. Delivery times for commission or out-of-stock items will be confirmed to you. Delivery service and costs outside the UK are available upon application.

You may return any product you have ordered from honeyandmcalpine.co.uk within 14 days from receipt of delivery.Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 3 working days of receipt.To return any item please e-mail honeyandmcalpine.co.uk or call 00 44 1476860010. Please indicate the reason for return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, or a refund. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery.If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.All online refunds will be completed within 7 days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the method of payment. We will refund the delivery charges if your return is the result of an error made by honeyandmcalpine.co.uk. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.Your statutory rights are not affected.
